Here is a short clip from the BBC about the Thomanerchor, the boy's choir of the St. Thomaskirke in Leipzig, Germany. The most famous leader of this choir was, of course, J. S. Bach in the middle of the 18th century. Here they are with the opening chorus from the Christmas Oratorio:
It is pretty hard to think of music much more joyful than that!
